Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Off. I Went, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to request a full refund from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that digital downloads are exempt from being returned or refunded.
