France - Moudeyres (Haute-Loire). The Perrel Brothers' farm built in 1640, and perfectly conserved in its original state, is now an eco-museum. The family farm was bequeathed to the State by the four brothers, last members of the family, in 1974 upon their retirement. Without relatives or next of kin, the brothers left also all their possessions, from tools to personal belongings, which are now part of the museum collections.
